If you suspect you are having an anaphylactic reaction, call 9-1-1 and/or seek out emergency medical services immediately!

Anaphylaxis is a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction that can occur in seconds or minutes of exposure to an allergen. It causes the immune system to release a flood of chemicals that causes the body to go into shock, requiring an injection of epinephrine and a trip to an emergency room. If you don’t have epinephrine, you must go to the emergency room immediately; if left untreated, anaphylaxis can be fatal.
