Dr. Ricaurte is excited to be joining the MASA team, after 17 years in the Chicago North Shore market. Offering specialty care at her private practice there, she now hopes to share her Allergy-Immunology experience with the Bloomington-Normal and Springfield communities.

Since completing her training at Northwestern, she continued her academic involvement as a Clinical Instructor at both the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, as well as the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. With a personal, lifelong interest in athletics, she is especially proud to have served as the primary Allergy & Asthma consultant for the Northwestern University Department of Athletics for many years. Committed to US military veteran health issues, she also spent 15 years advocating for veteran benefits as a Compensation & Pension consultant with the Chicago Department of Veteran Affairs.

Dedicated to offering personalized care, by considering of all aspects contributing to one’s medical health, she continues to respect holistic Osteopathic principles connecting mind, body, and spirit.  Special interests include Sublingual Immunotherapy, Food Allergy, Asthma, and Dermatology.
When not spending free time with her family and friends, you may find her exercising or working in her yard – always listening to music!
